This is simple white living room rendered in Blender / Cycles. We aimed for soft, natural lighting and clean modern look. This is scene 10 from Archinteriors vol. 43 for Blender - our first interiors collection for this software.
This is a final image. We didn't use any post-production - neither in Photoshop nor in Blender, so it is a raw render result from Cycles.
This is how scene looks after opening, view from camera.
Light portal were put in windows.
There is one main source of light - a direct light (sun), it has size of 1cm and strenth of .5.
It is an inside of the room, some nice assets. Mind that they are placed in front of camera only. There is no need to include more geometry when you don't plan to turn your camera - rendering is faster that way.
Simple Principal BDSF shader for top ornament elements.
Camera placement and settings.
Walls material - also just a white shader from Principled BDSF.
And a slightly darker (and with lower roughness) shader for the far wall.
Floor mesh and one of materials. We assigned different materials to floor elements, to add some variety.
Floor in texture view and one of floor textures on top.
A fluffy blanket mesh. We used Blender Particle Systemfor creating fur on this. On top you can see material settings.
Particle System settings.
