Verge3D is an artist-friendly framework for creating web-based interactives.
Here is a short list of features included in the 2.9 release:
• Substantially improved rendering of Physical materials. The picture below compares the Autodesk Raytracer with Verge3D. The ART renderer is included in 3ds Max by default and comes with a bunch of ready-to-use presets. As such, from now on you have several dozens of realistic materials which you can assign on your models with just a single click.

• Customizable Puzzles-based postprocessing effects are now available, including Bloom, Bokeh / DOF, SSAO, Grayscale, and Brightness / Contrast.
• A completely redesigned Play Animation Puzzle with an extended set of features.

• Realistic sky, generated using your current location, date and time is now supported. This feature is called Physical Sun & Sky Environment. Together with HDR rendering and logarithmic exposure control you can create nice outdoor renderings and architectural visualizations.

• Several new material maps are now supported: Color Map, Mask, RGB Tint, Output, and Blend.

• A cool web-based scooter customizer demo with more than a million possible combinations! Check it out from here.
