Scene overview - another angle. As you can see, building on the left to the camera is fake - it's only a plane with a bitmap.

The rest of lights. There are not many of them - some street lights and a couple of planes lighting building interiors.

Raw render - it's ok, but a bit dull and uninteresting, we need to improve that in post-production.

Photoshop post-production. First, we've sharpened layers with highpass filter. We masked out everything except main building, so we have more sharpness for the building. Then, we blended (color dodge) specular layer that gave us a bit of orange glow on the snow before the building. Another layer has some quite extreme curves settings to increase contrast. then, there is a snow group that consists of snow texture, a layer "lens source blur" that is blended with "color burn" mode. Color burn makes the snow less visible in certain areas. Over that we placed another two snow textures and layer with color burn mode. Two more layers tint snow color to match the rest of the scene. Snow light group makes the snowy street lighter. Glow layer adds glow to light sources.
