This is just a good commercial of Ipad. Until a specific moment he draws it indeed, but later it's just an recorded de-realism process of this photo put to the timeline and played backwards. Mixed with what he did at the begining it looks like he'd be doing it by his finger alltogether, which is obviously impossible. On the wall size screen it'd be tough to draw eyebrows with your finger, let alone ipad... Anyway good result :)
