Download attempts all used up and I haven't downloaded anything yet

Hi,
I just bought Archmodels vol 103 and now I'm trying to download the files.
I tried the vray files, but they were downloading very slow & timing out, so I then tried using DownloadThemAll!
Now all my 5 attempts are used up, and I only tried 2 times. I think it was concurrent connections that did it
Please reset my limit because I urgently need these for a job I'm working on, and I haven't managed to get any files yet.
Or please send me a link where I can download them without it going so slow & timing out.
