Just curious, is Russia running a huge surplus of marble these days?

Stanislav, it's always great to see your design produced as something real! It's a shame they were unable to find a marble where the white was more expressed like your image.

Correction, Marble is one of the three materials you like to use. I think you are merely equating marble with opulence-assuming everything is nice if you put marble on it, which is a incredibly myopic way of designing.

Now I understand clients have ideas of how things should look, marble = big corp. and fancy, but that doesn't mean you have to do a marble melange, with a gold wall. Its just tacky, and a typolgocial cliche. Marble done tastefully is a completely different matter.

3d pictures don't work in real life, they are just pictures. They can simulate real life, but that's about as far as it goes. And the before and "after" schtick is not unique, thats pretty much how all renovations operate, just this is 3d and not those awful colored pencils.

Furthermore, your green marble is a different type of marble entirely, so I'm not quite sure how you reconcile that with trying to get your images to "work" in real life.

    Techically speaking, good renders!
Personally speaking, in such contest i don't like the new materials of that big round hole (in my opinion a lot more beautiful as it is in the old state), way too reflective and it loses importance. I love the floor you've chosen in the first image, think you should use a similar material for the wall with the hole also.
    Regards!

Stanislav your level of visualization going down... more and more... About marble - if client wants it - let it be , but Barrley is right - your marble is different from wich we see on photos.
    Cheers
