We accept returns if the product contains a defect resulting from our failure (corrupted files, errors in the files, etc.). Exchange of collection or money refund is also possible if the customer has purchased a collection or model, but the files were not downloaded from customer zone. If you purchased an incorrect collection (an error in the choice of shopping, do not check the content of a collection, format or number of polygons), and the files have been downloaded, we do not make the refund of payments or exchange for another collection.

No, You can't load products which are compatible with 3ds max 9 to older versions of 3ds max. This rule affects all versions of 3ds max.
To use Archshaders you need to have 3DS Max 9. Use setup.exe to install them on your computer. Archshaders will be stored in material libraries in (installation directory)\matlibs\Archshaders
. You can access them from material editor. All textures will be stored in (installation directory)\maps\Archshaders_textures\
directory. If you don't see textures in materials you should add path to them. Just run 3ds max and go to Customize -> Configure Paths. Go to External Files section and there use add... button and choose (installation directory)\maps\Archshaders_textures

No, the free samples can't be used for commercial work. We provide them for customers to check the quality of models and test the available file formats.
