In accordance with the art. 13 section 1 and 2 of the European Parliament and Council Regulation 2016/679 of the 27th April, 2016 on the protection of natural persons, with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereafter RODO, I hereby inform that:

3. Your personal data are to be processed on the basis of art. 6 section 1 letter a, b and f of RODO in order to: a) prepare, conclude and execute the agreement and for other purposes approved by you, b) to execute the legitimate interest like marketing of products and the agreement, claim assertion or defence against claims resulting from the law regulations.
4. Entities entitled to the reception of your personal data may be the authorised public bodies; mail providers; providers of the services covered by the agreement; responsible for debt recovery, keeping the archives, document utilization, legal consulting, technical services, IT services and accountancy.
5. Your personal data shall not be transferred to the third country, nor to the international bodies.
6. Your personal data shall be processed within the period of the agreement and upon your additional consent until you withdraw it. APD shall keep the data for the period of any civil law claim execution connected with the agreement.
7. You have the right to demand an access to your personal data, to correct or to delete the data if there is no other basis for the processing or any other purpose of such processing or to limit the processing of the data, to transfer the data to another administrator and to raise objections to the further data processing if there is no legal basis for further processing and to withdraw any previous consent.
8. You provide the personal data voluntarily, however they are necessary to conclude the agreement. The refusal of providing such data may result in the refusal of the agreement conclusion.
9. You have the right to lodge a complaint to the Personal Data Protection Office when in your opinion the data processing violates the regulations of General Data Protection Regulation of the 27 April, 2016 (RODO).
10. Your data will be automatically processed, including the form of profiling. 11. You are obligated to forward above mentioned information to your representative, especially if you appointed this person in the agreement as the contact person or as the representative for the agreement execution.
Welcome to the new Evermotion page! We changed a lot, take a quick tour!
We've been working on new webiste for few last months and now we think that we are ready to put it online. Why we have changed the layout? There were many reasons.
At first - our old page was cluttered and overloaded. It wasn't particulary easy to navigate and a lot of great articles and tutorials have gone somewhere deep in just a week after publication. Now it's different.
Our goal was to make a website that will be easy to navigate, readable and user-oriented. We needed a place for growing base of articles about cg branch, portfolios, downloads, etc.
We apologise if in the next few days not everything will work as expected - there are still some bugfixes to do, some of them will probably show up in this week - we promise that we will deal with all bugs as soon as possible. If there is anything that makes you think "what the @#%$...!" right now, write to Michal. He was drinking a lot of coffee recently, so he has a lot of energy for dealing with unhappy visitors (and the change is all his fault so feel free to shout - or send him a supporting message if you want).

Our page is now almost (except forum) entirely responsive. That means that it should be as easy to navigate on smartphone as on desktop computer. Size of screen does not matter, resolution does not matter - evermotion.org will look great on every screen (if not, write to Michal, email above).

www.evermotion.org - it's a main site with all the news, articles, tutorials, free downloads, Evermotion forum, portfolios. Here you will find the recent news from cg world and a lot of stuff to read and watch. We hope that this page will help you become even better cg artist and more succesfull in cg business.
Shop - evermotion.org/modelshop - it is good, old shop with all Evermotion collections of 3d models, scenes and software - renderers, scripts, hdr maps and plugins from different vendors. All in great prices as usual. Wait! All in BETTER than usual prices: celebrating the start of new Evermotion page we are cutting prices of ALL Evermotion products by 20 percent! Don't miss the promotion - it lats for seven days only!
VFX - it is the link to our VFX division page. Our cg artists are always willing to work on even the most ambitious projects, check out our portfolio
NOX - link to pages devoted to great, unbiased, free renderer made by Evermotion. On this page you can download NOX, browse the gallery of best works made with NOX, discuss on forum, get help from developer and grab the manual. Soon we will change NOX GUI to be more user-friendly - we want to make it the most friendly (and still giving stunning results) renderer on the market, stay tuned.
Your menu is on the right - you will find a shortcuts to your forum profile, portfolio and manage pages, where you will be able to share your works with community, change your data, upload a file, etc. It is your control center. We will make it better over time - we want to simplify navigation without cutting functionalities. We will need some more time to achieve this, so we are asking for your patience if not everything looks or works great.
Homepage
You will find the hottest news in slider that occupies top of the homepage. It has seven pages and each page contains six items. If you look for some news that is not on the first page of slider - click yellow box on the bottom of slider. Each box represents one slider page. The most recent user works are shown in "Latest portfolios" box on the left. Clicking it's title will redirect you to portfolios page where you will be able to browse all portfolios. Every registered user can make his or her portfolio on www.evermotion.org. Portfolios come with two flavours - free and premium. You can upload up to 5 works if you have free portfolio. If you buy "premium" portfolio type for 20E in Evermotion shop, you will be able to upload even 50 works.
Featured articles - those are publications that we consider important and want to give an easy access to them from every page. Featured articles box is visible in the middle of the frontpage and on the right of tutorials, articles and downloads listing pages. Below it you can find a strip with links to four latest Evermotion collections. Lower you will find tutorials and list of free models available for download.
Other pages
We also changed forum pages to achieve better readability in threads - (there are still some improvements to do, though). We are introducing articles and tutorials pages, where you can quickly find any publication that we made. We also change the look of Portfolios page. Now it is a lot easier to browse users' works. You can also manage your portfolio from this page.
Contact page - If you have a question, send it by email or use form on this page. We are at your disposal from 8 AM to 16 PM, five days a week.
We hope that you will like new Evermotion website and that you find here a good selection of publications and files that will be valuable to you. We realise that there is still a lot of work to improve it, but the first step was made. Happy browsing!

Amazing, it is without doubt a lot of changes for the better. I always thought that evermotion could be sucha great site if it had the feel of a site meant for a broad community exchange. Now it has exactly this feel. It feels much "deeper" while offering a good overview, making it easier to navigate through.

First we will implement thumbnails again and polish users' profiles, For the closest time we don't plan to implement rating in threads. But if community will want it, we'll do it eventually :)
